Native Rods is proud to be one of the very few rod companies that trust our products so much we give our customers a LIFETIME WARRANTY! We take pride in our rods and appreciate our customers. We want you to have the best rod available. We provide a Lifetime Warranty For manufacture defects.

For the lifetime of the original rod purchaser, if the rod has defects in materials or workmanship, then Native Rods will rebuild your rod at no cost, except you have to pay a shipping and handling fee of $25.00.

To qualify for this warranty, you must:

provide a copy of your receipt showing proof of purchase and the purchase date
provide three photos of the damage to the rod, and
provide a description of the damage to the rod.

A warranty claim should be emailed to the email address on the website. Once Native Rods has received a warranty claim, the staff at Native Rods will determine if it appears the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, in which case an email will be sent to you instructing you to pay the $25.00 shipping and handling fee on our website payment link. Once payment is received, Native Rods will send you a shipping tube and label. All parts of the rod must be shipped to us in the shipping tube. Native Rods will then rebuild the rod and return same to you as soon as possible. This typically takes about 1-3 weeks.

Once we receive your rod, if the staff at Native Rods Observes the damage If there are no signs of misuse or negligence the rod will be repaired or replaced free of charge should any breakage or defect be due to misuse or negligence we repair or replace the rod for a minimal fee.

Rods broken at the top 20 inches of the rod are not covered by this warranty.
